The CCGG Board presents its report on the CCGG’s work programme during the year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Members receive meeting materials 21 days ahead of the AGM and actively participate by voting on resolutions for the following year.
Attendance and Voting
All CCGG members are entitled to one vote respectively on resolutions provided that the Member organization is a fully paid-up member at least 48 hours before the date of the meeting. Members can attend and vote in-person at the venue where the meeting is being held, or if not attending in-person, by completing the proxy form and registering votes prior to the meeting by emailing the proxy form. The vote must be cast 48 hours prior to the start of the AGM.

The Public Meeting will start at 10:15 A.M. (EST) before the AGM.

Note that only CCGG Members can attend the AGM. The public meeting, however, is open to everyone.
