CANADA - Canadian Securities Administrators
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) members are the 13 provincial and territorial securities regulators. The role of the CSA is to coordinate and harmonize the securities regulation policy across Canada.

SEDAR - System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval
A depository of Canadian company securities filings administered by CDS Inc., a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited.

SEDI - System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders
SEDI facilitates the reporting of insider transactions and provides access to "insider reports" to the general public. As with SEDAR, CDS Inc. administers the site.

Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
Chartered Secretaries Canada is the Canadian Division of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), the global organization that supports the international designations, ACIS and FCIS to a network of 45,000 corporate secretaries, administrators and other governance professionals.

Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC)
IIROC was created in 2008 through the consolidation of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and Market Regulation Services Inc. and is the national self-regulatory organization which oversees all investment dealers and trading activity on debt and equity marketplaces in Canada.

Pension Investment Association of Canada (PIAC)
