A depository of Canadian company securities filings administered by CDS Inc., a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited.
SEDI - System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders
SEDI facilitates the reporting of insider transactions and provides access to "insider reports" to the general public. As with SEDAR, CDS Inc. administers the site.
